AQUA RESIDENCE

The Madeira Acqua Residences project was conceived with the preservation of the history of the former Madeira Palácio Hotel in mind, the nobility of its architecture, its gardens and at the same time its modernity, providing the best comfort for its residents and visitors in a modern environment.

The building has been designed in a Y-shape, overlooking Praia Formosa, giving the flats a 180º panoramic view of the sea, with an adjacent building on the lower floors (on the seafront) of blocks A1, A2 and B1.

Garden areas and lawns on both sides are fully protected by the building. All the tall trees planted 50 years ago will be preserved.

This will be a unique project for Madeira Island real estate, due to its location, the quality of the flats and the fact that the owners will be able to exploit more than 6,000 m2 of gardens and green areas.

White lacquered MDF cupboards and wardrobes;
Kitchen with white lacquered cupboards, stone composite worktop or equivalent;
Kitchen fitted with BOSCH appliances or equivalent;
DAIKIN air conditioning or equivalent;
Heat pump;
Grey lacquered aluminium frames with double glazing;
Grey exterior blinds.

Works expected to be completed in October 2024.
